Kristi Steffen joined Four Seasons Design and Remodeling in 2014, adding a valuable skillset in interior design to the team.  Kristi earned an AAS degree in Interior Design from IPFW (Purdue) in 1991.  Prior to joining the Four Seasons team, Kristi gained 23 years of experience in the building industry at her family-owned lumber company, where her responsibilities included kitchen and bath design, sales, customer service, purchasing, operations management and bookkeeping.  She has been active in the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana [BANI], having served on the Board of Directors, as PAC Chair and as Builders Parade Chair.  Kristi manages operations in the Four Seasons Design and Remodeling Selection Center, while also designing and developing kitchen and bath projects with clients.
