Lou Salge joined Four Seasons Design and Remodeling in 2010 in a design and construction documentation role, and now serves as the vice president and co-owner. Lou graduated from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Lou carries a Michigan Residential Builders License and has been integral in the expansion and growth of Four Seasons Design & Remodeling's service area into Michigan. Lou has been involved with the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana since 2012, serving on the Board of Directors since 2013, as Secretary (2014), as Vice President (2015-2016), and as President (2021-current). In 2018, Lou was selected as a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association's Thirty Under 30. Lou was also recognized in 2020 as a member of Pro Remodeler Magazine's Forty Under 40. More recently, Lou was named the NAHB Young Professional Regional C Winner in 2021. Lou currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for "Kitchen & Bath Business", a premier national publication dedicated to the kitchen and bath industry. Lou has a strong interest in emerging design and construction methods as well as the development of new products and materials.
